“Profitability Based on Valuing People” is one of the core principles by which I live and operate my companies. True success comes when one values people and their contributions to your organization.
Every day I am motivated by a passion for serving people. I get excited about working with business owners and executives equally passionate about building wholesome partnerships with employees, customers and vendors.
Most business owners want to provide the best products, services and customer care. My enthusiasm and joy for helping others are infectious as I work with clients to teach them how to harness their best qualities to attain unstoppable brand experiences.
I have been working in marketing and business management since 1986. I began my career in an appointed position in county government, where I was responsible for overseeing one of the nation’s first curbside recycling collection programs. The program became a worldwide model for other states and countries. It was exciting to be part of something so revolutionary, especially when I hosted delegates from places around the world, like Japan and Germany, to name a few.
After leaving this position, I worked for a mid-sized environmental consulting and remediation firm, eventually becoming the Director of Sales and Marketing. There, I was instrumental in helping the technical department foster a reputation as one of the top environmental firms in New Jersey. I was also the brainchild behind one of the company’s most successful programs, allowing real estate developers to purchase and remediate specific brownfield properties efficiently.
In 2002, I opened the doors of Mainstay Marketing, now known as Eagle Soars Business Advisors. My business administration, sales, training, and marketing knowledge helps me expertly manage client projects. I desire to see people succeed. By encouraging them, my clients are motivated to create positive “brand experiences” founded on their core values.
Throughout the years, much of my involvement in Eagle Soars Business Advisors has been to provide marketing assistance to various businesses, from engineering firms, attorneys and other professional firms to manufacturing companies, automotive repair shops and contractors. Each of these businesses has realized considerable and consistent growth. I also oversee the company’s Training and Development services implemented by my brother, the proprietor of WestStar Associates.
In 2004, in addition to my consulting work, I took on the position of editor of a print publication dedicated to women. The mission of this publication was to educate women so they would feel empowered to make more informed and better decisions for themselves and their families. With the Publisher of Refresh & Renew-A Resource for Women®, I met with women of all ages and from all walks of life. After hearing their stories, we decided to feature local businesses that provided exceptional products and services to women. In addition, we held small workshop sessions every month, along with an annual all-day educational symposium on topics that were important to the women they served.
On a personal note, I love the outdoors and am an avid ultrarunner, hiker, and landscape and wildlife photographer. When it comes to training for ultramarathons, I say, “The commitment to and the process of training for these races has given me a special insight into the dedication it takes to be successful in any endeavor.”
