All this Spring-like weather… I can’t wait for the green to return! 🌿 These are two of my favorite springtime photos from the last 2 years - Savannah’s Wormsloe Plantation was taken last March and the SC waterfall was taken in 2024. I hope to get out a lot more this year. What are you most looking forward to this Spring?

I would have had to use a rope to get down to this waterfall. I’m not brave enough because of weakness in my hands and a fear of falling. So thankfully, I was able to get the shot with my new drone.

One of my favorite parts of the recent snowstorm was spent right here at home. From my kitchen window, I watched the birds flit back and forth from the feeders, all puffed up and determined to stay warm. A small, simple moment-but honestly, exactly what I needed.

Stormy skies kicked off the trip, showing off all those deep emerald colors the Emerald Coast is famous for (image 2). A few days later, Santa Rosa Beach gave us one last sunset — absolutely spectacular… and then, true to form, the clouds disappeared right as the sun dipped below the horizon.
