My Lifestyle and Photography Blog!

Are you inspiring yourself and others? With all that I do, I try to do it passionately for myself and others. On occasion, people have told me I was an inspiration. That felt empowering. Then, there are the times when I wonder who I am and what I’m doing with my life.

We all go through seasons in our lives. Right now, I’m in a somewhat stressful season. I’m running a successful but demanding business. I’m taking care of my elderly mom, which has many challenges. In all this, I’m trying to balance work, caring for others and doing the things I love, like photography. Sadly, I often put my needs up on the shelf.

In all this, I am realizing I need to rediscover who I am. Here are my takeaways:

  1. Life isn’t easy, but faith, family and friends help hold it together.
  2. It’s okay to reinvent myself.
  3. Self-care is extremely important.
  4. Boundaries can be my best friend.
  5. My inner circle needs to be small and consist of people who genuinely care about me.
  6. I need to take time for inspiring adventures, like scrambling to a waterfall or climbing to the top of a mountain.

If you feel like you are going through something similar, rejoice. You are remaking yourself into a more robust, happier you! And remember, just like a butterfly emerging from its cocoon, you are beautiful!

I am a landscape photographer who finds joy in capturing the natural beauty of this world. From the magical mountains of the East Coast to the majestic peaks of the American West, I seek to share these breathtaking vistas with as many people as possible. I also enjoy photographing waterfalls, wildlife, and plant life.
